SLJ - Activity 3: The WWF: World Wildlife Fund

WWF was trying to save the tigers.  WWF is sending people to patrol the area were the tigers still live and breed but because there is so little people to help and a lot of space to patrol they use cameras to watch out for tigers and poachers.  Some of the people that work for WWF convince poachers to give up hunting and start helping the tiger to survive.  They also made people aware that they can help save tiger where ever they are.

I have done some more research on WWF and that is where I found some of my answers.
I will put a link to a video to a nice clip made by WWF and one of there other videos I found.
I will also put a link to another  video made by Big Cat Rescue.

  1. Kia ora Elijescha,

It sounds like the WWF are doing some really great work. It must be a really tough job though. I particularly like how they've managed to convince poachers to help the tigers instead of hunt them. It's great to see that you've included the links to your sources of information as well - that's a really good habit to get into.

Keep up the great work Elijescha :)

    Blog ya later!

    Mikey :)
